Days of our Lives Spoilers, March 30: Brady confronts a confused Rachel

Days of our Lives spoilers for Monday, March 30, 2026, tease some moments of truth for Rachel and Sophia.

Despite Brady (Eric Martsolf) oddly telling Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) that Rachel (Lorelei Mote) gave Holly (Ashley Puzemis) "skincare supplements" thanks to Sophia, when we never saw him learn that information, it looks like he is going to confront Rachel about this on Monday. Rachel is distraught enough after learning that she has to return to Bayview. Now, she is going to have her father ask her some pretty pointed questions.

Will Rachel own up to all the things she has done with and for Sophia, including stealing Brady's money so that Sophia could sneak out of Bayview and buy a phone? Rachel still doesn't know that she didn't really give Holly vitamins, but instead, gave Holly medication that could harm her.

With Rachel already feeling like she can't do anything right, will learning that she nearly hurt someone else cause another setback?

Holly and Tate (Leo Howard) are also trying to put the pieces together and figure out why Rachel would have wanted to harm Holly. With Sophia now wandering around town and headed toward The Brady Pub, will her presence get them thinking?

Holly might remember being in Sophia's room when her pills went missing after that second visit to Bayview. It was Sophia who wanted to see Holly so she could make amends. Holly knew that the visit was a little suspicious and now she might finally realize why.

Johnny and Chanel...happy at last

Sophia already gave Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) a surprise when she showed up at the hearing to try to exert some control over who adopted her baby. Sophia's efforts failed and now Johnny and Chanel are Trey's official parents, whether Sophia likes it or not.

They finally make their way home with their son to decompress. Johnny is grateful to EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) for stepping in and saving the day when Judge Dabney seemed to take issue with Belle (Martha Madison). He is surprised that Chanel agreed to let EJ represent them. Does this signal a thawing in the relationship between father and son?
