Days of our Lives Spoilers October 21: The Jig Is Almost Up For Joy

Days of our Lives has a consequential day on tap as Joy may take too big of a dare. According to spoilers from Corday Productions for October 21, 2026, Joy could be in trouble, Stephanie gets an offer, and EJ has a warning.

Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins) is beginning to realize she can't keep her paralysis act up for too much longer. Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) handed her off to his family because he couldn't be away from his wife anymore and Bonnie (Judi Evans) is onto her. She may not know she is faking her condition, but she does know that Joy is angling for Alex.

Tate (Leo Howard) also discovered that Joy has a lot more upper body strength than she had been letting on since she threw that book clear across the room. Joy covered for herself, but Tate still felt something was off.

Stephanie (Abigail Klein) has already told Alex that she is sure Joy is faking her paralysis and on Wednesday, she is nearly caught in the act. How will she explain herself this time and who catches her? She has no idea that Stephanie has also seen her move her feet.

Meanwhile, Stephanie also gets an intriguing offer from Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier). Does he want her to do damage control for Titan now that the Kiriakis clan is back in business?

A Warning for Dante

Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) had a pleasant time meeting Samantha's (Alison Sweeney) parents, but he doesn't have a pleasant time when he has yet another encounter with EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel). The last one included Sydney, so Dante and EJ both had to be on their best behavior. Sydney (Sydney Malakeh) is not there now, so EJ believes he can be a little more candid.

EJ warns Dante not to hurt Samantha, or else. Or else what? Well, we are not sure, but EJ enjoys making threats. Will Dante throw all the times that EJ has hurt Sami right back in EJ's face? After all, warning someone else not to hurt her may be the height of hypocrisy. Is it now war between Sami Brady's fiancé and her ex-husband?
