Days of our Lives Spoilers October 22: A Milestone Day for Johnny and Chanel...With Chaos

Days of our Lives presents a heartwarming, yet tense, episode on Thursday. According to spoilers from Corday Productions for October 22, 2026, Johnny and Chanel have a big day while Steve takes Johnny's advice. Plus, Javi has a confession to make.

Chanel (Raven Bowens) may have finished chemo, but she still has one more step until she is considered in the clear. She has to undergo a lumpectomy, which would have been her first step had she not been pregnant when she was diagnosed.

With their babies well taken care of, Chanel and Johnny (Carson Boatman) face the big day together. They have been through so much and gotten this far, but Johnny still has a lot on his mind.

He has done everything he could to alleviate his conscience and help Sarah out with that lawsuit, so Steve has now taken over and is surveilling George O'Halloran. Thanks to Johnny firing George, the latter has cleared out his lab, but Steve (Stephen Nichols) is still determined to find that laptop.

Johnny has given Steve enough tips to do his job, so he comes across something shocking that can also spell danger.

EJ also comes into play on Johnny and Chanel's big day when Theo makes his uncle an offer. What could Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) want and why would he be turning to EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel)?

Hope for Javi and Leo?

Leo (Greg Rikaart) has been quite open about his feelings for Javi (Jacob Martinez), but has been trying to give him space. Javi has been the one causing problems this entire year because he had no faith in Leo's love for him.

However, he agreed to give Leo another chance last week when Leo stood him up. It wasn't Leo's fault that he was arrested for possessing tons of stolen purses. He was just trying to help out Gabi (Cherie Jimenez).

When Leo and Javi try again this week, Javi finally confesses his feelings for Leo. Is it back on again for the two men who barely even had a chance to begin their marriage nearly a year ago?
