Days of our Lives Spoilers September 21: Legal Trouble Comes for Sarah

Expect problems for Sarah on Days of our Lives now that EJ knows the hospital is after him. According to the latest spoilers for Monday, September 21, 2026, Xander and Brady are ready to ride to Sarah's rescue. Plus, Gabi and Philip return to Salem from beyond.

EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) was furious when he learned that Salem University Hospital had lodged a complaint against DiMera Pharmaceuticals over the Coriseal incident. It should come as no surprise then that Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) is suddenly hit with legal action. Somehow, these two things have to be related. Is EJ up to something or is this just an unintended consequence of something EJ has already done?

When Xander (Paul Telfer) and Brady (Eric Martsolf) join forces, is it to get to the bottom of things and save Sarah? That might make things awfully complicated, considering their romantic histories. Sarah has two heroes on her hands. She is living with one of them and shares a child with the other. What is a girl to do when two handsome men want to come to her rescue?

This will be a test for Xander to see how well he can get along with the man he nearly killed with a baseball bat not even two years ago.

Back in Salem

Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) arrive back in Salem with lots of cash. They can't wait to tell the family that they have the money to make things right. Unfortunately, their homecoming starts off on a sour note. Does the Kiriakis clan frown upon the method Philip used to get all this money? He was taking quite a gamble, especially with his mental health.

As for Gabi, she catches up with Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews), who laments his sad life to her. Will Theo tell Gabi that he has fallen for a married woman and doesn't know what to do about it? It's not like Stephanie's (Abigail Klein) life is getting better because Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins) is still paralyzed.

Or is she? Maybe Stephanie was onto something when she told Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) that Joy might be faking it. Why else would she spend Monday trying to avoid more medical tests? Hmmm...
