Days of our Lives Spoilers Video Preview, June 8 to 12: Stephanie's gun play, Sarah's suspicions, Lexie's pleas

Days of our Lives continues the month with a bang. According to the latest spoilers video preview for the week of June 8 to 12, 2026, Stephanie hears someone fiddling with the door, Sarah goes digging, and Lexie fears for her life.

Stephanie's big Days of our Lives mistake

Stephanie (Abigail Klein) is back from China and finds her husband and Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins)spending an awful lot of time together, but things get precarious when Stephanie takes a nap and wakes to hear someone fiddling with the door.

She immediately goes into a panic and grabs the gun she has been keeping unlocked and loaded for weeks. It's supposed to be in a safety box with the bullets in another box, but did Steve (Stephen Nichols) really think his daughter was going to listen? (Apparently, he did.) When the door opens, Stephanie does not see that it's Joy and shoots. Does she miss or did the unthinkable just happen?

Sarah wants answers

Losing a patient like that was almost too much for Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) to bear and she is determined to get to the bottom of Destiny's death. To that end, she goes to Brady (Eric Martsolf) for help. He's a private investigator now, so surely, he can get the job done. Brady wonders if Sarah suspects foul play.

As for Xander (Paul Telfer), he cozies up to Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) in her Salem Inn room when Gwen (Emily O'Brien) comes knocking at the door. She seems to know he is in there and realizes that another man has been semi-cheating on her.

Lexie's need to live

After feeling light-headed, Lexie (Nikki Crawford) finally seeks out Dr. Rolf (Richard Wharton) and begs to know what is going on. Is the drug wearing off? Is she going to die again?

Rolf has to be honest with Stefano's beloved Alexandra and tell her that yes, there is a possibility that the drug doesn't work long-term. However, there is something he can do, but it is very risky. Lexie tells Rolf she is willing to take that risk. In fact, she is willing to do anything she has to in order to stay alive.

Lexie's brother EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) has his own demons to face as he undergoes hypnosis with Cat (AnnaLynne McCord). But is this hypnosis all another trick?
