Days of our Lives spoilers for the week of April 20 to 24, 2026, show a big week in Salem as Chad returns as a whole new man, Stephanie's life gets more complicated, and Kristen grows more unhinged.
Coming up on Days of our Lives
After making a big deal about going on a vacation road trip for what was supposed to be a few weeks, Chad (Conner Floyd) is back in Salem to stay after about two months. He and Cat (AnnaLynn McCord) share an awkward first encounter, but Cat is used to having awkward encounters, so this is nothing new. Chad also reunites with his ex-sister-in-law and old frenemy, Gwen (Emily O'Brien). Is there something she should help him with?
Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) is still on a tear, but at least she has a calm and welcome moment when she reunites with her old pal Lani Price (Sal Stowers). Lani also spends some time with Chanel (Raven Bowens)next week. Too bad seeing Lani doesn't have a long-term effect on Kristen because she is as enraged and bitter as ever, especially toward EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel). In fact, Kristen slaps her brother clear across the face before furthering her murderous plan with Sophia (Rachel Boyd). The teen has no real idea what she has gotten herself into.
Poor Stephanie (Abigail Klein) is still a mess as she cannot seem to get close to Alex (Robert Scott Wilson). However, she is able to open up to Jeremy (Michael Roark) again because he is the only one who even remotely understands what she is going through. Stephanie also follows through with her idea to get a gun. Steve (Stephen Nichols) coaches his daughter on gun safety, but something tells us things are about to go wrong for Stephanie. While she grows closer to Alex later in the week, the gun is right there in the background. Is that a dangerous accident waiting to happen?
