Days of our Lives starts June on an emotional note. According to the latest spoilers for June 1 to 5, 2026, Chanel deals with her breast cancer diagnosis, Sarah is torn, and Theo has a big decision to make.

It's a big day for Chanel (Raven Bowens) as she has her appointment with the oncologist to discuss treatment options while pregnant. Paulina (Jackee Harry) supports her daughter before the consultation, but Paulina is a mess herself, so how much help can she be? Although Johnny (Carson Boatman) promised to be by Chanel's side no matter what she chooses, he does try to get her to change her mind. Does Chanel decide to put her baby's health ahead of her own and delay treatment?

Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) is also there to support Chanel, but has a difficult time with a patient. That leads to some comfort from Xander (Paul Telfer). By the end of the week, Sarah finds herself torn between Xander and Brady (Eric Martsolf). She knows Brady is good for her, but she can never resist that pull to Xander.

Abe (James Reynolds) and Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) bring Lexie (Nikki Crawford) home next week and enjoy some time as a family for the first time in 15 years. Theo is also quite surprised when EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) offers him a job at DiMera Enterprises as Johnny's second in command. How will Lexie feel about that?
