DAYS Spoilers August 4: A Moment of Truth For Sarah and Xander

Days of our Lives gets soapy on Tuesday as two characters are ready to give into their feelings, but can they do it? According to the latest spoilers for August 4, 2026, Sarah can't shake her attraction to Xander. Plus, Leo hits paydirt in Alamania.

Things were heating up between a tipsy Sarah (Linsey Godfey) and Xander (Paul Telfer) when Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) took his mother's words to heart and let them out of the wine cellar. He pretends that he didn't lock them in there on purpose and they pretend that they didn't grow closer while down there.

Sarah remains in denial about her feelings now that she is free, but it's getting harder and harder to fake things around Brady (Eric Martsolf). She can't get those moments with Xander off her mind, as they remind her of how good they once were together.

As for Xander, he is forced to confront a hard truth. Sarah may seem more comfortable with him, but she still has her guard up. He may never be able to win her back no matter what he does. Maybe it's time for both Sarah and Xander to stop being so stubborn. It also could be time for Brady to finally see the writing on the wall.

Alamania Mania

Thanks to Chad's (Conner Floyd) generosity, Leo (Greg Rikaart)makes it to Alamania and searches for Gwen (Emily O'Brien). How fortuitous that he finds her quickly, but too bad it's going to take a lot for them to escape. Dimitri (Peter Porte) set up quite an elaborate plan as part of his revenge scheme and has Leo and Gwen in a bind. What does Dimitri have planned for them?

Back in Salem, Javi (Jacob Martinez) is worried sick about Leo and can't hide how he feels. Will Gus (Michael Ocampo) notice that Javi can't get Leo off his mind and realize that things are not going to work out between them? Gus may have jumped the gun by moving from Salem to be with a man who was hung up on someone else. Clearly, they don't know one another well at all. Gus hasn't even thought of kids when that is all Javi thinks about.
