Days of our Lives offers another week of EJ's constant machinations that never seem to go quite right. The latest spoilers for the week of July 20 to 24, 2026, tease another week in Salem where a dastardly DiMera takes charge of multiple dirty plots.

Holly (Ashley Puzemis) spends next week continuing to deny that she's taken drugs, but they were right in her bag, so how could they have gotten there? Does it occur to anyone that someone planted them there. Xander (Paul Telfer) said the whole thing has EJ's (Daniel Feuerriegel) stink all over it, just as Gwen's (Emily O'Brien) abduction does.
EJ's plans to Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) have come to light thanks to Lexie (Nikki Crawford), so the sister plan an escape. Kristen is not about to let EJ separate her from her child, so does she plan to escape with Rachel (Lorelei Mote)? Lexie also wants to leave town to spare Abe (James Reynolds) and Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews), but that doesn't stop her from exchanging vows and rings with her husband as they commit to one another once again. For Lexie, it's a goodbye, but she does not tell Abe that.
Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) has to give bad news to Xander (Paul Telfer) and Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) next week. Did EJ find out what she planned to do with her inheritance and put a stop to things?
