DAYS Weekly Spoilers October 19 to 23: Emotional Reunions, Strange Encounters, and Dirty Tricks

Days of our Lives has a big week on tap as we head towards Halloween. According to spoilers provided by Corday Productions for October 19 to 23, 2026, Sophia may actually listen to Kristen, Joy is up to her old tricks, and Dante meets the other side of the family.

Kristen's (Stacy Haiduk) reunion with Rachel (Lorelei Mote) is both emotional and fraught. Brady (Eric Martsolf) does not want her there, but Kristen is not about to leave her little girl. Plus, Rachel knows she is there, so it would be more trouble for Rachel to tell her mom to go than to allow her to stay for just a little while.

However, EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) is still after her, so Kristen has to stay out of sight. Then again, EJ has other issues as he learns that Johnny fired George O'Halloran. In fact, Johnny (Carson Boatman) takes charge even more next week when Chanel undergoes her lumpectomy.

As for Sophia, she finds her mother, but will she reveal herself and make Amy (Shi Ne Nielson) one happy woman?

In other Salem news, Roman (Josh Taylor) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) meet Dante (Franco Lo Presti) next week and get to know their daughter's fiancé. Plus, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) nearly catches Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins) in the act. The next day, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) puts Joy to the test. Does Joy have enough muscle relaxers to get through it?
