DAYS Weekly Spoilers October 26 to 30: Lives on the Line, Romantic Decisions, Marlena's Dilemma

Days of our Lives ends the month with some Halloween surprises the Salem way, and so much more. According to the latest spoilers from Corday Productions for the week of October 26 to 30, 2026, Sarah and Marlena have decisions to make, and emotions run high all around Salem.

Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) rushes to the rescue when Xander (Paul Telfer) is shot after trying to get hold of George O'Halloran's (Michael Rose) laptop. It looks like Sarah does her job right because she and Brady (Eric Martsolf) have a heart-to-heart talk later in the week before she shares a tender reunion with Xander. Are we finally done with Brady and Sarah so Xander and Sarah can be back where they belong?

Marlena (Deidre Hall) has her own big decision to make next week when she contemplates reaching out to Dominic Marino. After all, this man might be her son and she doesn't even know him. However, she also hesitates because she doesn't know what to expect, especially if she really shares this child with Stefano.

In other Salem news, Lani (Sal Stowers) begins life as a cop again just as Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) get good news. And finally, Holly and Mason are surprised by a caller to the mental health hotline.
