There's always something new around GTA 6, and this time, Adin Ross is at the center of a new controversy. There are claims online that he paid $350,000 for a leaked copy of the highly anticipated game.

The alleged copy is said to have come from CyberLeek, the anonymous group recently linked to GTA 6 leaks. According to the viral posts on social media platforms, Ross has the copy, and he is now planning to review it or rate it during one of his upcoming livestreams on Kick.

Since Grand Theft Auto is among the most popular action-adventure video game series in the world, these claims took no time in going viral. However, there is still an important question over whether the alleged purchase actually happened. No direct livestream clip, VOD, or statement from Ross has publicly verified the transaction so far.

Additionally, reports suggest that Adin Ross has previously spoken about spending large sums to get early access to the sixth installment of GTA. This might be one of the reasons why a lot of people seem interested in knowing whether these claims are actually true or just rumors.

More details below!

Adin Ross’ alleged $350,000 GTA 6 purchase and livestream plans

A claim circulating on X says Adin Ross paid $350,000 to obtain a leaked copy of GTA 6. Posts from accounts such as @Kick_Champ have helped spread the claim, but fans of the video game series must note that these are secondary reports.

The same reports allege that Ross said he actually owns the copy and is planning to show his rating or review of the game during a livestream on Kick. But then again, there is no publicly available stream clip, VOD, or direct post from Ross about this alleged GTA 6 leak.

As explained earlier, Adin Ross talked about getting GTA's sixth installment before the official release. He has also discussed plans for a large Grand Theft Auto 6 roleplay server, including ideas involving significant spending and real-money elements. He has reportedly even consulted lawyers while working on those plans.

His history with talking about Grand Theft Auto makes these new claims seem believable to people familiar with Ross' past comments. Still, it does not prove that he paid CyberLeek $350,000 or that he currently has a leaked game.

What is CyberLeek and is the leaked GTA 6 copy genuine?

CyberLeek emerged online around August 18-19, 2026, claiming to have access to GTA 6 material. The group even began sharing gameplay clips showing Jason driving, fighting and playing basketball and then featured a footage involving a plane.

It also circulated images linked to the game's Leonida map. CyberLeek presented the leaks as a protest against digital-only releases, pre-orders, paid extra content and concerns about keeping games available for offline use.

Alongside the leaked material, the group promoted a Solana memecoin. Rockstar and Take-Two have reportedly moved to remove some of the circulating content, while people online continue to debate whether all of the footage is genuine.

There are also unanswered questions about who is actually behind CyberLeek and how the material was obtained. The possibility of other people pretending to represent the group has added another layer of uncertainty.

Most importantly, there is still no established proof that CyberLeek has a complete playable GTA 6 build, or that it sold one to Ross. The alleged $350,000 deal therefore remains unverified, and publicly showing an unauthorized pre-release game could also create serious copyright and other legal risks.
