The Avengers: Doomsday co-star Danny Ramirez recently opened up about his experience of working with Sir Ian McKellen during the San Diego Comic-Con event. While speaking to People magazine on July 25, the actor shared his thoughts about working on the much-awaited Marvel film and described the mood on set as truly memorable.

Danny will reprise his role as the new Falcon, Joaquin Torres, while McKellen appears as the legendary Marvel character Magneto. Danny admired McKellen and learned valuable lessons by watching his performance on set. He further explained that their chemistry helped to create a positive work environment despite the large-scale production.

In the end, he said McKellen's voice is special to him. Along with Danny, other cast members like Simu Liu also spoke about the surreal experience of working on the set with legacy actors from the X-Men franchise during production.

The upcoming Marvel film is currently in production, and the cast has impressed more than just the fans. Some of the new Marvel stars went crazy after working with the veteran actors on set, and one of them has spoken about what he experienced during filming.

The co-star of Avengers: Doomsday, Danny Ramirez, shared that he was amazed while working with the star-studded cast. He added,

"And so experiencing it as a fan myself and as a co-star, it's one of the things that I'm going to pinch myself about, like even like being opposite like, Sir Ian McKellen."

The actor also shared,

"Hearing him speak to me or someone or whatever. And his voice is so...it's carried for you so long that you're like, oh, 'this is special.'"

His statement means that his on-set experience with the legendary actors was something he would always remember. He further mentioned that performing opposite a big personality like Ian McKellen was a moment that made him feel like he had to pinch himself.

Ramirez also shared that hearing McKellen speak directly to him or anyone during the shoot felt extraordinary. He described his voice as one that has carried through time and made the moment feel truly special.
