Donald Trump's AI tiger video was reportedly called out by William Chapman's family after he was killed following an attack inside an animal enclosure at Yorkshire Wildlife Park near Doncaster. According to the Guardian, William's family said that he was bright, warm, and engaging while also struggling with severe distress.

On October 13, 2026, Donald Trump initially posted real footage on his Truth Social account that showed William being attacked by an Amur tiger. In the caption, Trump wrote:

"Don’t ever mess with nature! President DJT."

Later, Trump shared an AI-generated clip that revealed him grinning and playfully chasing and sparring with the tiger. The song 'The Lion Sleeps Tonight' by The Tokens was set as the background music.

The family explained that the footage was 'deeply offensive' and caused them severe distress. However, the clip didn't reveal the killing of William.

BBC revealed that William's tragic incident happened shortly after 13:30 BST on October 10, 2026, and quickly after it, the park was evacuated and remained closed until now. An eyewitness recalled seeing William wearing headphones and pacing near the enclosure before he entered.
