Dr. John Paul Garrison (popularly known as Dr. G), a clinical and forensic psychologist, has released another YouTube video analyzing Donald Trump's appearances in recent public events, suggesting that the US President is exhibiting involuntary physical spasms, slurred words and "post-stroke behavior.''

Dr. G, who has analyzed Trump’s body language in a series of videos in late August, noted involuntary spasms and tremors affecting Trump’s right arm and hand, arguing that the movements suggest a concerning neurological issue and even post-stroke behaviour. The videos have fueled a fresh wave of discussion about Donald Trump's neurological and cognitive health, especially after Dr. G noticed those repeated patterns across many public events.

Separate from these analytical opinions, the President's official physician, Dr. Sean Barbabella, has stated that the 78-year-old Trump is in 'excellent health', revealing that he enjoys 'strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological and overall physical function.' The President has also boasted that he aced three separate cognitive tests, suggesting the rumours about his age and capabilities are false.

More on this in our story.

Dr. G's latest YouTube video titled 'Did Trump just have a SEIZURE during his speech?' follows the US President as he delivers a speech to NASA. Dr. G described Donald Trump's speech as a concerning and distinct neurological event, which shows symptoms of a seizure-related activity or a post-stroke event.

Dr. G began his evaluation by observing that spasms traveled from one part of Trump's body to the other, common in people who have had strokes, called a focal motor seizure. The forensic psychologist revealed how a spasm traveled from Donald Trump's right arm (when he jerked it) to his eyes (as evidenced by rapid blinking) to his voice (as evidenced by the hesitation in his voice), suggesting that these movements are not regular pain spasms but occasionally spread to both parts of the brain. Dr. G labeled this incident as 'neurological, whether it's poststroke or something else.'

Dr. G pivoted to a TikTok video showing Donald Trump scratching Lake Ontario on a map and changing it to "Lake America" amid escalating trade tensions with Canada. Dr. G highlighted unusual lateral movements in Trump's jaw and strange facial expressions, which suggest that he is likely dealing with many neurological challenges.

Additionally, Dr. G paid close attention to Trump's speech:

''Because we have the Gulf of America, now we have Lake America without the of.''

Dr. G believes that this was an odd statement, suggesting Trump cannot filter out things he shouldn't say. Additional suspicious activities include Trump darting his tongue out, looking down to the left and jerking his elbow, which are signs of verbal dysfunction and motor dysfunction, according to Dr. G.

In another video, Dr. G analysed one of Trump's rally appearances, where he struggled to pronounce words coherently during his speech. While Dr. G agrees that it is fairly common for people to trip over their words, he believes that Trump has displayed such behaviour constantly and is having a hard time enunciating words properly. The video shows Trump struggling and tripping over simple words like 'Thank You', highlighting 'post-stroke behaviour,' according to Dr. G.

Dr. G capped off his video by revealing Trump's arm twitch, suggesting that the involuntary spasm and speech issue could be in line with 'some degree of dementia, Alzheimer's type dementia, Lewy body dementia.'

Another video showed Trump's right arm twitching multiple times and his struggle with pronouncing words like 'instead' and 'Clinton,' which again highlight a concerning neurological condition, which Dr. G labeled as another sign of potential dementia.

Dr. G agreed that while there might be many reasons behind these concerning symptoms and signs, it's clear that the US president is struggling with his health. Check out Dr. G's comments below:

''There are a variety of reasons that someone may be exhibiting these neurological symptoms, but it is clear throughout this that he is declining and he is struggling. I do think we're seeing these neurological issues playing out in real time and affecting his judgment.''
