NCIS actress Lauren Holly is reacting to the latest revelation that Donald Trump escaped Air Force One at the Turkish airport last month and used a catering truck to slip into a secondary military jet over an “imminent threat” from Iran. However, nearly 40 minutes later, Donald Trump was seen descending the steps from it, acting as if he had been aboard all along and flashing the peace sign to all reporters.He then shifted to the brand-new Qatar-donated Air Force One, a Boeing 747, for his return to Washington, D.C. However, before that, he joked with the journalists about his “dangerous flight” out of Turkey, adding, “If I go, you go.”Besides Trump’s own revelation, the Washington Post first published the report citing two sources, including a top U.S. official. However, it remains unclear which officials accompanied Donald in the truck and the C-32A.Now, amid a wave of criticism, former White House Press Secretary under the Bush administration Ari Fleischer lauded the relocation via X:“If the [Washington Post] story about Trump switching planes to return home from Turkey is true, then kudos to the Secret Service, the Air Force and the [White House]. If there’s a credible threat against any POTUS, their job is to protect him. I’m sorry if the press felt deceived. In an extraordinary situation like that, what was the WH supposed to do? Announce the switch?”White House Communications Director Steve Cheung said about the switch to a third plane out of Ankara:“As the President has said recently, there are many enemies of America who have their sights on him, and we use every tool at our disposal to address those threats.”Speculation about the old Air Force One and the Qatar-gifted version was already triggered amid the POTUS’ exit from the annual NATO conference in Turkey, within the reach of Iranian missiles.What’s interesting is that hours before the infamous flight, Trump announced he’d fly out of Turkey in the old Air Force One for “old time’s sake” and send the Qatar-paid plane in which he had arrived ahead of him to help U.S. forces stationed at RAF Mildenhall can see it because it’s “truly magnificent”, before he used the newer version to fly back to D.C.The plan was believed to be in action due to a lack of advanced security measures in place inside the Qatar-donated jet, including technology to deflect incoming missiles. Steve Cheung told NY Post that the latter has now been equipped with high-level security protocols/ technology.In fact, when a NY Post reporter asked Trump in Ankara if he was making the switch due to threats from Iran, he said “I’m number one on the kill list” without elaborating further. That same week, banners threatening to take down the U.S. President were seen across Iran during the funeral procession for their late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
