It is to be noted that neither Ethan nor his wife, Hila, has mentioned with whom Ethan had the affair nor named Tamara in the matter. However, fans have alleged it to be Joseph over unsubstantiated and unverified rumors. Some H3H3 fans began making edits asserting unverified personal details about Joseph, including her religion and gender identity in her Fandom Wiki page and circulated images alleging she has an Adam's apple to question her gender identity. Fandom Wiki's authoritative editors have now removed the unsubstantiated claims and restricted editing on the page.H3H3 fans make unsubstantiated claims against Tamara Joseph on Fandom Wiki pageAs evident in the revisions log page for Tamara Joseph's Fandom Wiki page, several edits were made recently because they contained unsubstantiated allegations about a living person.
