Damiano Alberti was 23 at the time of his death. The Italian Influencer had been struggling with cancer for 3 years after sharing his diagnosis in May 2023. The influencer was born in 2003 and was based out of Cerverteri, Italy, at the time of his death. His death was announced by his family on February 16, 2026, via an Instagram post on Damiano's account stating:

“A part of us has flown away forever. Damiano is free from everything he has experienced. Thank you for always supporting and respecting him, he cared for his entire community and was proud of what he had managed to build."

Damiano Alberti was diagnosed with a malignant tumor in his leg in 2023, and he first revealed the diagnosis in May 2023 on Instagram. He shared the news while explaining his absence from social media.

Alberti later filled in his fans with details about his journey, explaining that he was on a treatment plan. In another video on his YouTube, titled 365 Days Later - The Story of My Illness, Damiano opened up about the intricacies of his diagnosis and what he had learnt about the journey.

The influencer went on to provide regular updates on his treatment, subsequently stating in 2025 that he was going to be hospitalized and would not do livestreams anymore:

"Hi, unfortunately I find myself having to make this post because in the coming days I’ll be hospitalised, and therefore I won’t be able to do live streams, something I’ve recently been doing with a lot of commitment and dedication."

He added:

"I’m making this post because I want to clarify that this break is forced for me and that I have all the desire in the world to keep making and creating content. I can’t wait to come back"

Damiano added:

"I left the hospital without being able to complain too much about the results, but now that’s in the past! It’s time to get back on track and always look ahead! THANK YOU for the support I’ve received during this period, now we start again."
