Retired Defense Intelligence senior executive Jay Stratton spent nearly 16 years investigating UAP for the U.S. government. In a recent interview with Fox News, the ex-defense official covered pivotal discussions related to extraterrestrial existence, reverse engineering, and his new book, Out of the Shadows: Revealing the Truth About Non-human Intelligent Life.

Speaking about UAP and non-human crafts, Stratton asserts that humanity is not the only intelligent life in the universe. He further adds that we do not know the intent of the non-human intelligence. Stratton said that as the Defense Intelligence Agency's chief of Air and Space, he was responsible for emerging and disruptive threats. According to Stratton, he had access to the most classified programs. During that time, his colleague brought a triangular video of a UAP flying over nuclear missile sites in secure airspace. The ex-defense official claims to have personally witnessed non-human beings and craft. Speaking to Fox News, Stratton said,

"I have seen non-human beings and non-human crafts with my own eyes."

In an interview with Fox News, Jay Stratton reveals that he has personally witnessed non-human beings and crafts. During his time as the defense intelligence chief of Air and Space, his colleague brought a video of a UAP flying over nuclear missile sites. The UAP was flying in ways that were hard to comprehend, exceeding the capabilities of modern technology.

In his book, Out of the Shadows, Stratton describes UAP as a black triangle aircraft with no visible wings, exhaust, or propulsion. Stratton said that it seemed like the fundamental laws of physics were nonexistent.

In the interview, Jay Stratton claimed that the U.S. government has possession of non-human aircraft. He further claimed that the defense contractor community and the government have a non-human program. He added that there is an alleged ongoing program to capture and reverse engineer this UAP technology. Stratton called this a secret cold water race.

A Fox News host read a passage from Stratton's upcoming book in which the ex-defense official claimed that they would keep a nuclear submarine as bait to monitor, track, or even capture UAP. Stratton said that he worked hard to make this plan successful. He tried to plant a nuclear submarine off the East Coast to capture information and data on a UAP.

Stratton claimed that the mission was a success and they were able to extract data. In the book, Stratton also wrote about four UAP encounters, including one in which two flag officers and a commander witnessed a non-human craft hovering over the facilities.

Speaking to Fox News, Stratton claimed that the two officers and the commander were called to the Pentagon, and a high official, whom he calls the hidden hand, told them that their reputation is at stake if they report the sightings.

Stratton added,

"This book is very important to me. I wanted to get the word out to the people. I've been working behind the scenes for the last 20 years to get us where we are at today in this disclosure day movement.
