Frederick, Maryland police officers have reportedly mentioned "excessive speed" as the cause of the accident and the same was later confirmed from the dispatch audio obtained from the car.The rescue team reached right after the incident took place and while on the way to the hospital, the 18-year-old Godzilla vs Kong star reportedly passed away as her heart stopped from the shock.
