Jimmy Kimmel reveals the wildest Matthew McConaughey moment from the Emmys and Woody Harrelson saw it all

During the newest Jimmy Kimmel Live episode, where Woody Harrelson sat down to speak about his upcoming series, Brothers, things took a turn when Kimmel opened up about his hilarious intimate experience with Matthew McConaughey at the Emmys. While speaking to Woody Harrelson, Jimmy Kimmel notes that he got quite emotional when he witnessed the In Memoriam montage of his friend, Cleto Escobedo III, which caused him to excuse himself to the bathroom to compose himself. While in the bathroom, he came across Matthew McConaughey, who was using the urinal right beside him.

When Matthew McConaughey saw that Kimmel was “getting choked up”, he tried to console him by giving him a hug. Jimmy Kimmel notes that McConaughey hugged him “very warmly” and the hug continued for a “little while”. This eventually led Kimmel to ask McConaughey if his “p*nis” was out, to which McConaughey answered that it was. McConaughey further added that he was “going to rub it up” against Kimmel “a little bit”.

To Kimmel’s surprise, Woody Harrelson was also present in the bathroom and came out of one of the stalls at that exact moment. Adding to the joke, Harrelson noted that after witnessing Kimmel and McConaughey in that moment, he did not try to “grade or critique”. However, Harrelson heard them speaking about Kimmel being upset.

The three of them then “had a group hug” in the hall. While pointing out the moment, Kimmel also adds that the moment with Matthew McConaughey “lightened” the situation for him. He thinks that Cleto would also “have loved that very much”. Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson’s series, Brothers, is set to arrive on September 23 on Apple TV. The series will have eight episodes, with the first two episodes releasing on September 23.

In the series, Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson’s fictionalized characters are close friends. However, their friendship faces a test when they find out that they might be biological brothers. This truth begins to bring complexities to their dynamic. Besides this truth, the characters are also going to face personal struggles as the series progresses.

He adds that Matthew McConaughey’s mother indicated that she knew Harrelson’s father, which led to the rumors.
