Three men have come forward and claimed that late South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham allegedly paid them to have s*x with him in a 30-minute video titled “The CLOSETocracy,” released by left-wing online news network Young Turks on Thursday.Former Republican representative from Georgia Marjorie Taylor Greene called these men “brave” in a tweet. She wrote:“The worst kept secret in Washington, D.C., came out today because 3 brave men came out and told the truth, and it doesn’t matter if it is after he’s dead… We all knew Lindsey Graham was gay. Everyone did.”Greene continued to write:“Because this is the world I saw up close in Washington. I saw behind the curtain and saw ALL the wizards. Everyone in the highest levels of power in Washington, D.C., is keeping secrets that would destroy their entire lives. And that’s exactly why they have power. Not because they are so smart or qualified or the best choice for leadership.”In her lengthy tweet, MTG further wrote:“Three gay men just bravely pulled back the curtain and tried to teach you all the most important lesson America needs to learn. It’s this. America’s most powerful leaders keep secrets that compromise them in the most dangerous ways for the security, safety, and prosperity of our nation. That’s the whole point.”Over the years, Lindsey Graham, who was unmarried and childless, sparked speculation about his sexuality. In a 2010 interview with The New York Times, he even denied that he was gay.“I know it’s really gonna upset a lot of gay men. I’m sure hundreds of ’em are gonna be jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge, but I ain’t available. I ain’t gay. Kelvin claimed Lindsey taped their alleged encounter without his consent.Another man named Jesse claimed he was also paid for a similar alleged encounter with the late Senator and asked in the clip:“Does that make you mad? Does that make America mad? Is that what your elected officials are supposed to be doing? I don’t think so. I think we need to hold elected officials to a higher standard.”A third man identified himself as Cory and claimed he was picked up by a chauffeured car and dropped at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C., where he was allegedly paid to have s*x with Lindsey Graham and spend the night with him. Cory later realized that Lindsey was a politician when he saw him on TV during the 2016 presidential bid.Please note: The claims have not been independently verified.According to the NYT, Cory previously appeared in adult films under the name Sean Harding. Wondering if enough of us spoke out if that could get him out of office?”Mr. Harding also claimed the Republican Senator’s initials were “L.G.”After the video release, a spokesperson for a conservative group told The New York Times that Lindsey Graham was gay, but dismissed the matter as an open secret. The individual further claimed it was an attempt to distract voters in South Carolina, where Lindsey’s sister Darline Graham is fighting for her brother’s Senate seat.Earlier this week, a website called the Lindsey Graham Files was also launched, containing alleged travel receipts and other documents supporting the three men’s claims about Mr. Graham.South Carolina Republican William Timmons tweeted that Lindsey Graham was his “friend and mentor” and he deserved “better” than the “Left spreading disgraceful lies” about him.“Over the last eight years, I spent ten weeks traveling with him, and we played more than 75 rounds of golf. This is the same man I could not convince to spend $50 replacing his 20-year-old cargo shorts,” Timmons wrote.He added:“After 45 years of service to South Carolina and our country, he deserves better than the Left spreading disgraceful lies about a man who is no longer here to defend himself. The willingness to stoop to homoph*bic attacks for political gain says far more about them than it ever will about Lindsey. P.S. Darline wins by 10.”Marjorie Taylor Greene praised the three men for going on camera and telling the “intimate details of their personal lives.”“That is extremely difficult to do. Yes, it’s brave. And stressful. They walked into the public square, opening themselves to the opinions of the entire world. No matter your opinion on the issue, they took a courageous leap in coming forward,” MTG wrote.The former congresswoman mentioned she knew about everyone’s secrets when she was in Washington, D.C. She continued:“I mean really, if you think our best and brightest are in charge then do some critical thinking and look at the pathetic state of our debt, our dollar, and how our government is run, and the outcome that affects your life.”Marjorie Taylor Greene claimed such “secrets” were the “only reason” these people “rise to the top.” She added:“Because their secrets are not secrets. Their secrets are levers of control. Keeps them in line. Makes them team players. And will make them fight the hardest on issues that don’t make sense in order to keep their secrets, just that. Secrets… I tried my hardest to fight the entire system on both sides of the aisle and couldn’t beat it because YOU ALL keep voting these people back into office and back into power.”A Turning Point USA spokesperson, Andrew Kolvet, also weighed in on the video.“Dear Democrats, this is why we called him Lady Graham. This isn’t an October surprise; we’ve known this for years. And blaming his sister for the fact that Lindsey was a poorly closeted gay man is only going to backfire. No one cares,” Kolvet tweeted.Meanwhile, Young Turks co-founder Cenk Uygur claimed that the 30-minute video was a trailer for an upcoming “bombshell documentary.”Lindsey Graham died in July 2026 of an aortic dissection. He was 71. During his Senate tenure, he voted against the repealing “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy that banned openly gay people from serving in the U.S. military. Graham also opposed the annual defense policy bill provision that aimed to expand the definition of hate crimes to include gender identity and sexual orientation.
