Bad Boys actress Theresa Randle's ex, Dario Pallini has filed a restraining order against the actress. Pallini alleged that Randle broke into his home, and has allegedly continued to harass him following their 2024 breakup.Pallini claimed that his relationship with Theresa lasted two years. As per Pallini's claims, Randle entered his home on June 1. According to him, he returned to find her sitting in his closet with his dog and was using cocaine. He claimed she appeared startled by his presence and told him she believed he was in jail.Pallini alleged that when he asked her to leave she "began saying things that didn't make sense" and told him "she doesn't bown down to any man, you Aryan piece of s**t."As per the petition, Pallini threatened to call the cops, which eventually led to Randle throwing a can of vegetables at him, and hitting him in the head. Pallini says that he called the police, who made Randle leave and that he's afraid she might attempt to break into his home again. Pallini also cited a May 18 incident, where he alleged to find Randle in his apartment. Pallini said that he could "tell she was high because she started to clean my house and telling me that I owe her." Pallini also claimed that Randle threatened to shoot him and then grabbed a pole which was part of his medical bed and swung it at his head, hitting him in the shoulder. This is not the first time Theresa Randle has found herself in legal muck.In March, 2026, Randle was taken into custody on suspciion of a felony domestic violece offense. As per Entertainment Weekly, law enforcement records show that Randle was detained on the evening of March 1 in Los Angeles on suspicion o causing injury to a cohabitant or spouse. In October, 2024, she was arrested in connection with an alleged assault investigation, although prosecutors ultimately declined to pursue charges. On the current case, Pallini has been granted a temporary restraining order and a court hearing is scheduled for June 23. Pallini pleads that Randle "is addicted to drugs and needs help" a claim which needs to be verified.
