Andrew Tate is facing additional charges in the United Kingdom as prosecutors continue a broader case involving allegations of r**e, assault, and trafficking.

British authorities have accused the “manosphere” content influencer of possessing disturbing material on electronic devices, which includes obscene pictures showing individuals having intercourse with live animals, such as a horse and an eel.

The alleged material contains explicit content involving activities that would cause severe damage to the individual’s private parts.

The allegations are part of a case involving multiple alleged offenses from July 2010 to August 2017.

The Crown Prosecution Service said in July that it had authorized 19 additional charges against Andrew Tate, including allegations involving indecent images of children and extreme material.

Prosecutors also approved seven further r**e charges, three trafficking-related charges, and three counts of assault causing actual bodily harm.

The additional charges involve four more alleged victims, bringing the total number of alleged victims in the British case to seven, according to the CPS.

The latest allegations concern material prosecutors say was found on Andrew Tate's electronic devices. The claims appear in court documents related to Britain's efforts to pursue the case against him.

Andrew Tate, 39, is a social media influencer and former professional kickboxer who has faced legal investigations in several countries. He has denied allegations of wrongdoing in the various cases against him.

The British case adds to his ongoing legal troubles. Prosecutors have continued reviewing evidence connected to allegations involving Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate.

The Crown Prosecution Service previously announced its decision to authorize the additional charges after reviewing evidence presented in the case. The charges remain allegations, and they have not been established as facts in court.

The latest proceedings come as British authorities continue efforts to bring the case forward.

Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate’s legal troubles: Timeline

Andrew Tate has remained a highly controversial public figure, with his online presence drawing millions of followers as legal proceedings continue in multiple jurisdictions.

In December 2022, the Tate brothers were detained and arrested in Romania alongside two women on preliminary allegations of human trafficking, r**e, and forming an organized crime group.

The Romanian prosecutors officially charged all four suspects with the same allegations in June 2023. From January to March 2024, British authorities began seeking the extradition of the embattled siblings after UK police obtained an arrest warrant covering 2012 to 2015 allegations against them.

However, in February 2025, their travel ban was lifted, allowing Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate to fly to Florida in the United States. In May that year, the UK Crown Prosecution Service formally brought 21 criminal charges against them.

Romanian authorities also raided properties and expanded investigations to include new accusations of trafficking minors, s*x with a minor, money laundering, and witness intimidation.

During this time, while they had ongoing legal troubles, the “red pill” influencer siblings attended public events, such as the UFC 313 in Las Vegas in March 2025, shortly after their travel ban was lifted. The brothers sat cage-side at the T-Mobile Arena, where they were publicly greeted and embraced by UFC CEO Dana White.

Upon his initial return to the United States, Andrew Tate turned his arrival at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport into a public media event, broadcasting a live feed of their private jet landing and addressing reporters.

In July 2026, U.S. Marshals in Miami arrested Andrew and Tristan Tate under a sealed provisional warrant tied to the UK extradition request. Per reports, the siblings were there to attend a bare-knuckle boxing event, where Andrew was scheduled to serve as a co-host.

They were placed into U.S. custody in Florida.
