On July 31, Candace Owens challenged Owen Benjamin after he recreated the rooftop rifle theory in his new video tied to Charlie Kirk’s murderer. Earlier, on July 28, the female political commentator revealed footage of Losee Center that allegedly showed Charlie’s assassin on the rooftop, running and doing a military crawl. After showing the video, Candace rejected the official account of the prosecution that claimed Kirk’s murder suspect concealed a 30-06 rifle inside his alleged skinny jeans and was limping due to it. The rooftop footage, on the other hand, showed no gun but a man who was trained in movements.Following this, Owen Benjamin shared a video of himself with a 30-06 rifle placed inside his skinny jeans and called Candace’s narrative as ‘dumbest thing.’ In his post, Owen Benjamin said:“This is what a 30-06 looks like in sweat pants with a 6’8 man. Tyler Robinson was wearing skinny jeans. It’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen people lie about.”Candace Owens shared Benjamin’s post and seemingly challenged him to record himself running with that rifle in his pants. She wrote:“Next can you record yourself running top speed and then sliding into a lateral crawl while holding that 30-06 and see if you can prevent it from being seen?”TPUSA members dismissed Candace Owens’ theoryEarlier, The Charlie Kirk Show host, Andrew Kolvet, rejected the narrative presented by Candace. He revealed that there is one more footage of Charlie’s alleged killer and from a different angle that showed him limping, pulling out his gun, and assembling it.“There’s a missing angle that wasn’t shown. From what I’ve been told (I wasn’t in the courtroom) he limped up the stairs to the roof level, sort of rolled over the railing, appears to assemble the weapon, then as shown in this video, he moves into position and into the prone.”Further, Blake Neff, TPUSA spokesman, also came forward and countered all the claims made by Candace Owens. He also mentioned about the video recorded on the different camera and even cited medical examiner’s report saying that a gunshot was confirmed on Charlie Kirk’s neck.Besides, Candace Owens also responded to those who criticized her for releasing the footage 10 months after Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
