Married to makeup artist Iris Clarke since 2007, British actor Noel Clarke, who was charged with two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism, and one count of exposure, pleaded not guilty at London's Westminster Magistrates' Court on October 21, 2026, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

According to The Guardian, after an investigation that stretched for almost a year, the Crown Prosecution Service charged the Doctor Who actor, Noel Clarke, with several sexual offences in September 2026. As per The Hollywood Reporter, Clarke's alleged offences took place between 2007 and 2016.

In a report published by The Guardian back in 2021, twenty women accused Noel Clarke of bullying, sexual misconduct, and even groping. They also reportedly accused the actor-turned-writer and producer of sexually harassing and inappropriately touching them. After the accusations against Clarke came to light, ITV and Sky terminated their relationship with the Kidulthood actor, distancing themselves from him, while BAFTA revoked his Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema award.

While the Doghouse actor, Clarke, denied all the allegations against him and pleaded not guilty regarding the charges relating to multiple sexual offences, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the Storage 24 actor is set to appear at London's Southwark Crown Court on November 18, 2026.

According to The Guardian, the investigation against the Bulletproof actor and film director, Noel Clarke, that started in September last year, led to enough evidence against him for this case to be taken to court. The deputy chief Crown prosecutor, Bethan David, at the time, regarding Clarke, said:

"The CPS has decided to prosecute Noel Clarke with two counts of se*ual assault, three counts of voyeurism and one count of exposure. This follows allegations made by five women in connection to se*ual misconduct that took place between 2007 and 2016."

David added:

"Our prosecutors have worked to establish that there is sufficient evidence to bring this case to court and that it is in the public interest to do so. We have worked closely with the Metropolitan police as they have carried out their investigation into the allegations."

Mentioning how Clarke had the right to a fair trial, David further added:

"It is vital that there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings."
