Rumors surrounding the end of Margaret Qualley and Jack Antonoff's marriage have prompted a response from the actress's representative.

In a statement released Friday, the Honey Don't star's spokesperson denied speculation that infidelity played any role in the couple's reported separation.

"The narratives running in the press about Margaret and Jack are categorically untrue. There are no trust issues. There was no infidelity or anything outside of respect and partnership in this relationship."

The statement also emphasized that the pair continues to have respect for one another despite the reported split.

"They have deep love and care for one another. There are only two people in this marriage, and the sources who are talking to the press and commenting on their relationship are not people who know them. Please respect their privacy."

Questions about the couple's relationship gained momentum after Antonoff attended Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding without Margaret Qualley.

Fans also noticed that the actress had removed wedding photos featuring Jack Antonoff from her Instagram account.

Soon afterward, PEOPLE reported that the couple had decided to separate after experiencing difficulties in their marriage.

Despite the breakup reports, Jack Antonoff was recently photographed still wearing his wedding ring in public.

After two years of dating, Margaret Qualley and Jack Antonoff married in 2023 in a ceremony attended by several high-profile friends, including Taylor Swift.

While their relationship largely remained private, the actress spoke of her romance from time to time. In a Harper's Bazaar interview following their private wedding, Margaret Qualley shared a glimpse of their marriage, saying:

“It's real. It's amazing. It's the best feeling in the world. I'm so excited and so at ease all at once."

In 2024, singer Lana Del Rey spoke about the couple. Released in 2023 and co-produced by Jack Antonoff, the alternative artist said at an event:

"I'm grateful for [Antonoff], for his example that he gave me in his marriage to Margaret. I saw the way he looked at her when he met her, and he's a big reason why I waited so long to get married and why I met my amazing husband."

Neither Qualley nor Antonoff has personally commented on the reported separation.

The representative's statement marks the first direct response addressing online rumors, firmly rejecting claims that cheating or a lack of trust contributed to the end of the marriage.
