On September 22, Laura Loomer slammed Fox News after the media outlet joined others in the White House press pool boycott against Trump. Earlier on September 21, Fox News, along with other news outlets like ABC, CBS, and NBC, announced the suspension of White House coverage. These publications made this decision after Trump banned CNN, Politico, and MS NOW from the White House for spreading alleged ‘fake news.’ In their joint statement, Fox News and other outlets said:“The public has a vital interest in receiving accurate, independent information about its government,” the networks said in a joint statement. “No administration should restrict a news organization because it objects to its reporting.”Following this, Laura Loomer blasted Fox News, saying that it ‘betrayed’ the president. The political commentator went on to say that the hosts of the publication will still come back to the POTUS and they will continue to get access to exclusive interviews. Laura Loomer wrote:“Fox News betrayed the President by joining the boycott. But, they will still get unrestricted access, all of the exclusive interviews, and we all know the hosts will come groveling back to President Trump, begging him to promote their crappy books on Truth Social. There’s never any consequences for any of these people.”She continued, saying:“The worst people are always rewarded. We should have all learned our lesson with Fox News on election night, 2020.”Trump blocked CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from the White HouseRecently, on September 18, the POTUS accused MS NOW, CNN, and Politico of propagating ‘fake news’ and banned them from the White House. He said that they spread ‘lies’ and ‘fiction.’After this, the correspondents of these three outlets were prohibited from entering the White House. Therefore, the three outlets released a joint statement and said they will file a lawsuit against the president's order. The Governor of California, Gavin Newsom, criticized this new network and referred to it as ‘truly autocratic behavior.’
