In an Instagram post, the actress cheerfully wrote:

“Say hello to our son Aster Sky Wright Lococo born at home.”

Bonnie Wright explained the inspiration behind her son’s first name, noting the aster flower’s star-shaped appearance. She also shared how the newest addition has been welcomed by his older brother.

“Our little star has been showered in love by his big brother Elio. Thank you universe for my loving bundle of boys!”

Bonnie Wright also expressed gratitude to her midwife and the pregnancy guides who supported her during delivery.

The actress, 35, and Lococo are also parents to Elio Ocean, 3.

Bonnie Wright announced her second pregnancy in April, posting a photo of her baby bump with Elio resting his head against her belly. At the time, she wrote in her caption:

“Two babies on my lap. Our second little earthling joining us this autumn.”

Several of Bonnie Wright’s former Harry Potter castmates celebrated the birth in the comments section of her announcement.

Evanna Lynch, who portrayed Luna Lovegood, wrote:

“Congratulations Bonnie and Andrew!!! What a beautiful little guy and beautiful names.”

Katie Leung, who played Cho Chang, also shared her congratulations, writing:

“Huge congrats my love. What a lucky boy to have you as his mama. Rest up.”

Wright has shared glimpses of her family life with fans over the years, and the birth of Aster Sky marks a new chapter for the actress and her growing family.

Bonnie Wright: What does she do now?

The Harry Potter star and Andrew Lococo, an actor known for his role in Something Borrowed, Someone Blue in 2017, tied the knot in March 2022 in San Juan Capistrano, California.

The pair held an intimate, sustainable farm-to-table ceremony with just over 100 guests.

Wright then took to her Instagram page to share the good news, featuring a clip of her and her husband’s wedding rings. She also wrote in the caption:

“Yesterday was the best day of my life, [blue heart emoji] thanks to my husband!!”

Currently, aside from being a mum and wife, Wright works as a film director, environmental activist, author, and podcast host, although she occasionally makes appearances at fan events and in films.

In 2022, she published Go Gently: Actionable Steps to Nurture Yourself and the Planet, which offers practical advice for sustainable living.

She also serves as an environmental ambassador for organizations like Greenpeace and the Rainforest Alliance.
