Billy Ray Cyrus and Elizabeth Hurley have sparked engagement rumors after their recent Instagram activity. They first met in 2022 and later reunited before confirming their relationship in April 2025.

Elizabeth Hurley shared a couple of pictures of herself on Instagram from the set of the second season of The Burbs on Monday, October 12. In the first two pictures, she was wearing a bathrobe and taking a mirror selfie. In the first picture, a ring band can be seen on her finger, and in the second picture, she turned it around, and it was a diamond ring.

Notably, her son, Damian Charles Hurley, whom she had with her late ex-partner Steve Bing, wrote in the comments:

“SO EXCITED ❤️❤️❤️"

Just three days after that, Billy Ray Cyrus, who has six kids, posted a picture of himself and chose Mark Collie's Something with a Ring to It as the background song. He also hinted about the ring in the caption, writing:

"This is the most fertile solid ground I have stood on in a long time. Party’s in The Back with DELTONA went over a half million views in a few days. It’s fun. Speaking of … wait until you hear them on I Want My Mullet Back 20-year anniversary special."

"They also join me on a John Prine tribute track of the classic and still relevant to a whole new generation…. “Storm Windows“. 🪟 I like seeing peoples dreams come true. I’m so excited for the show this weekend teaming up with NASCAR in Phoenix !!! Kinda has a ring 💍 to it," he added.

Elizabeth Hurley has previously revealed that Billy Ray Cyrus gets along well with her son, Damian. Cyrus, meanwhile, has six kids of his own. He had a son, Christopher, with his ex-girlfriend, Kristin Luckey.

He was married to Tish from 1993 to 2022. He adopted her two children, Brandi and Trace. The former couple then had three kids of their own: Miley, Braison, and Noah.

Elizabeth Hurley and Billy Ray Cyrus first met on the set of Christmas in Paradise in 2022. Hurley played Joanna Christmas in the movie, while Cyrus played Jimmy Love.

In an interview with PEOPLE in April 2025, Cyrus said that while there was chemistry there, they didn't speak to each other for around two years. However, he said that when he was going through a tough patch, Hurley reached out to him and texted:

"Hey, it looks like life might be a little bit tough and just wanted you to know I’m in your corner; you’ve got a friend in your corner."

He said that they then connected and eventually got into a relationship. Billy Ray Cyrus recalled that they used to laugh a lot together during the filming of Christmas in Paradise. He added that during his tough patch, he maybe needed a "friend who makes him laugh."
