“I was very scared for my safety”: Suede Brooks recalls end of Drake relationship 

According to recent news by US Weekly, Calabasas Confidential star Suede Brooks claimed receiving threatening threats from Drake after their split.

During an appearence on the Dumb Blonde podcast by Bunnie Xo on June 28, the actress recalled meeting Drake for the first time on a boat.

"I was staying on my friend’s boat, and her father had hired Drake to come to the boat and throw a party in Saint-Tropez and Drake had never been to Saint-Tropez, and so he came on the boat, he came with his friends”, said Brooks on the podcast.

"Oh, this is so cool that he's, like, coming on our boat and through, like, and performing at our party," Brooks went on. "However, I believe that the story that was told was that I kind of entered his domain, whereas in really, he entered our program."

She continued her story and how the two started dating. Suede Brooks and Drake were romantically linked in July 2022 after being spotted together in Saint Tropez.

“We dated … I would say, like, on and off for a few months,” Brooks recalled during the podcast. “I would go see him in Toronto, and then one day I was like, ‘I’m tired of this.’”

In the end, Suede Brooks and Drake called it quits, and Brooks stated that she was worried about her health.

We ended things, and it was really She claimed, "I was really afraid for my safety. "And for a long time, I lived in Los Angeles, and the things they said to me were really concerning." At the time, I was 21 or 22 years old, and it was terrifying to hear those remarks made by the world's most powerful artists, who possess immense power and the ability to do the unthinkable at any moment.

Brooks alleged that a "miscommunication" caused her to receive threatening messages following their split.

She claimed, "I was receiving texts saying that he was going to have bitches fold me up verbatim. I thought, for what? It was all a misunderstanding. He believed that I was saying something that I wasn't. He believed that I was disparaging him in Los Angeles, even though I wasn't."

Suede Brooks continued by saying that she still has a lot of respect for Drake, which is why she avoids discussing their breakup.

"He is so talented, and I know he has a great heart, but I hate bringing that stuff kind of back up," she remarked. "I hope he has the finest possible future. I hope he finds someone he will love and cherish for the rest of his life. I'm going to move away since it wasn't me and it almost seemed like I couldn't offer you what you needed, both emotionally and physically."

Suede Brooks also mentioned that after receiving threatening messages from Drake, she was afraid to leave the house for three months.
