On April 5, Perez Hilton shared a video slamming Blake Lively following the new court ruling in Justin Baldoni lawsuit. Most recently, judge dismissed most of charges against Justin Baldoni in sexual harassment lawsuit filed by Lively. The whole lawsuit drama emerged from their movie It Ends With Us. Out of the thirteen charges against Baldoni Judge dismissed ten of them.In his latest video, Perez Hilton called Blake Lively out and even referred to himself as victim to the actress’s revengeful act. The media personality was also included in a lawsuit when the actress sent subpoenas to several creators, claiming they were part of a smear campaign to harm Blake Lively’s reputation.Therefore, Perez Hilton called her out and also mentioned the statement, which was released by Blake after court ruling. He said that she did not stand up for anyone rather she victimized him and many others. He said:“Blake Lively was not standing up for me. She victimized me and so many others over the last year. Blake Lively used and abused the legal system to get revenge is how I viewed it. And I did not back down. I was not afraid of her money or her husband’s money. There is a different legal system for those wealthier than thou.”He further mentioned how he fought against Lively. He went on to say that he is Lively’s victim as she took revenge on him for not believing her story. He said:“For three months I fought and sent filing after filing and showed up in court against a team of very expensive lawyers from the East Coast. And I wore my flowers here in Las Vegas. And I did my best. And thankfully after three months the ACLU of Nevada agreed to represent me. And the same exact day the ACLU of Nevada called Esra Hudson and Blake Lively’s lawyers to say they were representing me. They withdrew her subpoena against me, her fishing expedition, her attempt at revenge for not buying her BS. It didn’t work. I am her victim.”Blake Lively issued subpoenas to creators including Perez HiltonRyan Reynold’s wife sued Baldoni and his production company Wayfarer Studios in December 2024. Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment, creating a hostile work environment, and starting a smear campaign against her after she raised concerns during the movie’s production. This led to both parties filing lawsuits, with Baldoni’s team denying the claims and accusing Lively’s team of defamation and interference.Lively’s lawyers stated that Baldoni and his associates tried to damage her reputation by leaking negative stories to media figures and influencers online.In July last year, Lively’s lawyers issued a subpoena to Perez Hilton, along with other creators like Candace Owens and Andy Signore, to get their communications with Baldoni’s team or associates. They claimed that Hilton was one of several “content creators” who helped spread harmful stories about Blake, supposedly supporting Justin’s side.For those unaware, Perez Hilton was recently hospitalized due to severe sepsis and stomach ulcer.
