A viral clip featuring Donald Trump suggesting Erika Kirk should "sue" has sparked widespread discussion online, particularly after being connected by social media users to comedian Druksi's latest viral video. The situation drew further attention after political commentator and author Candace Owens added her own remarks. She said:

“If you are gonna sue somebody, maybe people that are on the Epstein files.”

What did Donald Trump say to Erika Kirk?

The conversation started after a video of Donald Trump speaking to Erika Kirk at a public event became viral on social media. Trump was heard saying:

“I think you should sue him...They're so jealous of Erika. I think you should sue somebody… I told her. I can say this, you're not allowed to say this. You ought to be nicer…sue their a* off.”*

The comments reportedly came during a "Happy Easter" meal at the White House, where he went off-script. Trump did not specifically mention Druski or his viral video, despite the comment garnering online notice.

The whole debate stems from Druski's viral March 25 video titled “How Conservative Women in America Act.” The skit took no time to go viral, had many reactions, and many thought the character was identical to Erika Kirk. Although she wasn't specifically named in the video. Speculations and even AI tools suggested that it was Erika in the video.

Separately, Senator Ted Cruz also criticised the video, calling it “beneath contempt.”

Erika Kirk has not yet filed a verified lawsuit against Druski, and reports suggest that any allegations of a cease-and-desist notification are untrue.

Candace Owens responds to the situation

On her platform, Candace Owens discussed the issue and opposed the notion of taking legal action in this particular situation. Shifting the discussion away from the current social media debate and onto more general concerns, she said:

“If you are gonna sue somebody, maybe people that are on the Epstein files.”

In a separate comment, Owens also stated that lawsuits could force transparency, noting:

“Most of us welcome a lawsuit because then they would be required to give us the information that we're asking for.”

Owen's broader remarks

Owens' remarks coincide with her ongoing vocal position on other issues. Citing a forensic detail that the recovered bullet could not be matched to the rifle purportedly connected to Tyler Robinson, she has declared that she is "99.9% sure" that Robinson was not the gunman in the Charlie Kirk case.

She contended that there are problems with the case against Robinson and speculated that federal agents might have constructed a misleading narrative:

“There was an overwhelming amount of evidence that the Feds set this kid up as a patsy. Everyone in the town, all the local Sheriff department, the SWAT team, they believe that the Feds came in and started lying.”

She went on to say that she would be open to testifying on behalf of the defense, stressing her desire to find the "real killer.":

“I am speaking to people with firsthand intimate knowledge, and they all believe that the Feds set this up... Why wouldn't I testify for the defense? I want to find Charlie's real killer. I don't want to find some random kid that they're sticking this on.”

Owens also questioned the forensic techniques employed in the case, citing issues with methodologies she described as out-of-date or defective, although she acknowledged that she was unable to make a definitive statement.

Even though the conversation became viral, it still remains largely driven by online speculation. The similarity in the viral video has not been acknowledged by Druski that it is Erika Kirk. It is all based on speculation. Additionally, there hasn't been any confirmed communication between Druski and Erika Kirk.

The situation keeps evolving as it gets fueled by social media reactions.
