The political commentator Candace Owens, in her latest tweet, clarified that Erika Kirk never offered her access to Charlie Kirk’s autopsy during their meeting in December last year. In her post, Candace addressed a rumor about TPUSA launching more influencers to lie about Charlie’s murder. Further, she stated ‘unequivocally’ about her meeting with Erika that she wasn’t allowed to see Charlie’s autopsy report. Owens wrote:“I am genuinely not sure where this rumor is coming from as it would appear Turning Point USA is launching another cannon of Z-list influencers into our orbit, who will prove all too eager to lie for cash…That aside, allow me to state this unequivocally: at no point before, during, or after our meeting did Erika Kirk ever offer to allow me to see Charlie Kirk’s autopsy.”Owens added:“She has never made that claim publicly nor could she, because it simply never happened.”She also wrote about the only document that was allegedly shown to her during her meeting with the TPUSA CEO. Candace Owens revealed that Erika offered her a transcript of Charlie Kirk’s Aspen event where he allegedly announced his wife as the successor if anything happened to him. Owens mentioned that she opted not to view the transcript, as she believed a video would have been more appropriate for her.“The only document Erika offered to allow me to view was a typed transcript from Charlie’s Aspen event, which she alleged was proof Charlie passed the organization onto her. I declined to see/read the transcript of the video because the offer itself was nonsensical. It would have made sense to show me the video itself—not a transcript of it.
