Louisiana-based Mind of a Maniac rapper, Torence Ivy Hatch Jr, commonly known as Boosie Badazz, on April 1, 2026, took to his official X (formerly Twitter) handle and shared a long post defending former Chicago Bulls shooting guard Jaden Ivey. The 43-year-old Boosie Badazz, who started his rapping career in the '90s, came forward and took sides with Ivey, who was waived by his team on March 30, 2026, following his anti-gay and religious comments on one of his Instagram livestreams.Jaden Ivey, who is currently in the middle of controversy for his comments and is all over social media, also took a shot at the NBA for supporting Pride Month. As per Fadeway World, Ivey has not only called out the NBA but also slammed all-time celebrated NBA champions Stephen Curry, Michael Jordan, and LeBron James for their religious beliefs.In one of his most recent livestreams, Jaden Ivey also revealed that he had a fallout with his family members, who are strongly against his controversial comments. He reportedly stated that his family members betrayed him.
