Thousands of people gathered on Saturday for No Kings rallies across the U.S. and in Europe. As per a report shared by PBS, the protests targeted the war in Iran and President Donald Trump's actions. Robert De Niro, Jane Fonda, Bruce Springsteen and Joan Baez were among the famous figures who led and attended the third round of protests. As per the PBS report, hundreds of demonstrators marched past the Lincoln Memorial in Washington and went into the National Mall. People held signs that said:

"Put down the crown, clown" and
"Regime change begins at home."

The crowd rang bells, played drums and chanted:

"No kings."

Bill Jarcho attended from Seattle with six people dressed as insects. They wore tactical vests that said "LICE" to mock ICE. Jarcho called it a "mock and awe" tour.

"What we provide is mockery to the king. It's about taking authoritarianism and making fun of it, which they hate," Jarcho said.

Robert De Niro gave a fiery speech at the No Kings protest

As per a report shared by The Mirror US, Robert De Niro attended the No Kings protest on March 28 in New York City. The actor delivered a speech where he went after Trump and referenced late convicted s*x offender Jeffrey Epstein.

De Niro started his speech by addressing the crowd at the event. The Taxi Driver actor said he was proud to be there with the groups supporting No Kings.

"The concept of No Kings is a great rallying cry and hugely successful as millions of us have answered the call. I support this moment 150 percent. But when the crowd are chanting 'No Kings' what I'm really hearing is 'No Trump,'" he said.

De Niro talked about how Trump was unlike other Presidents.

"There have been other Presidents who have tested their constitutional limits of their power but none of them have been such an existential threat to our freedoms and security, except Trump. He must be stopped and he must be stopped now. It's time to say no to kings, it's time to say no to Donald Trump, we've had enough," he explained.

He mentioned Epstein in his remarks.

"No corrupt leader enriching himself in the Epstein class buddies. No taking away healthcare from our most vulnerable neighbors, no unaffordable groceries, no unaffordable energy, no unaffordable housing and no inflation at it's highest level since Covid. No government masked thugs shooting down our neighbors in the streets. Trump has to be stopped!" said De Niro.

De Niro discussed why the movement mattered.

"And that's what No Kings is all about because he can't do all the f--ked up things he's being doing without the collusion of Congress and the goons in his administration. They're bound to him by fear of losing their own jobs, their own power, it's diabolical how can this be happening?" he said.
