Twitch streamer RaKai has once again become the focus of online discussion following a livestream in which he dialed 911 to report his barber for supposedly providing him with a terrible haircut. The event occurred on July 22, 2026, when the 17-year-old seemingly got a call from his local police department, after a person identified as an officer warned him regarding the severe legal repercussions of abusing emergency services.
