According to recent news reports, Malcolm Jamal-Warner's mother Pamela Warner has spoken up about her son's drama with his ex-wife Tenisha Hancock- Warner.To commemorate the first anniversary of her son's passing on Monday, July 20, Pamela posted on Facebook and the Malcolm Jamal-Warner Living Legacy page on Instagram, writing, "During my year long journey, I have discovered how cruel, evil, and greedy a human can be.""I have also learned the extent of human love, care, concern, and support. They have all been given to me. The positive, negative, and ugly. It seems that I shall require these teachings as I proceed on my trip.""I firmly think that everything has a reason and a purpose. On Monday, Pamela said, "Some of it is Karma, some of it is one's journey.""I think both bad and good events can teach us something. We are spiritual beings experiencing humanity, in my opinion. Our lives are designed with us in mind. A single size does not fit everyone. We are all on a path of self-discovery, healing, and chances to develop, enhance, and change our spiritual selves. That's exactly what my journey over the past year has been—abundantly so," she continuedTenisha filed a lawsuit against her late husband's estate in Georgia's DeKalb County Superior Court on Tuesday, July 21. In the lawsuit, Tenisha challenged her mother-in-law Pamela's activities as the Warner Family Trust's replacement trustee. (In 1996, the late Cosby Show star created his family trust.)Along with a slew of financial claims, Tenisha also mentioned that she owed more than $1.2 million from the trust. She further claimed that this amount is due because Malcolm had promised her the same as per their premarital agreement in May 2022.
