Following another turn of events in Matthew Perry's tragic death, his live-in assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, now faces 41 months of imprisonment shortly after a ketamine overdose revelation, as sources tell us. Though, per reports, surgical anesthetic ketamine was being injected into Perry to tackle his depression, Iwamasa's carelessness allegedly resulted in the actor's death. Despite the apparent negative effect of the drug on Perry, Iwamasa continued to inject large doses and did the same even on the day of the actor's death. However, initial statements from Iwamasa did not have any mention of ketamine and it only came to light following a search warrant being issued in early 2024, the assistant opened up about the actual list of medications. Sixty-year-old Kenneth Iwamasa now faces more than three years in prison, a two-year probation sentence, and a fine of $10,000 owing to his recklessness while using drugs.
