On October 18, 2026, Kylie Jenner stepped onto the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show runway for the first time. As Vogue reported, she wore the brand's Fantasy Bra, valued at $50 million. The piece returned to the catwalk after an eight-year absence. Vogue also reported that the show took place at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California. Kylie Jenner, who is 29, became the first person outside the Angel roster to model the bra.

As per Vogue, the design features a 75.54-carat radiant-cut Fancy Vivid yellow diamond at the center. It is surrounded by 4,410 natural diamonds. According to Vogue, 15 craftspeople at Jacob & Co. spent more than 1,000 hours building it. The finished bra weighs just under four pounds and contains no fabric. It consists entirely of gold and diamonds. Previous versions include Gisele Bündchen's $15 million bra from 2000. That had held the record until this year.

The outlet also reported that Kylie Jenner paired the bra with a sheer mini skirt, clear heels, and oversized white feathered wings. Her mother, Kris Jenner, sat in the audience along with boyfriend Timothée Chalamet and Corey Gamble. Cameras captured them clapping as she walked. The event was the show's first return to Los Angeles in 19 years. Performances included Megan Thee Stallion and Tate McRae.

Kylie Jenner later posted on X.

"best day ever @VictoriasSecret"

The choice of wearer drew mixed responses online. Some posts focused on her background outside traditional modeling. Others pointed to her large following and the brand's stated goals for the night.

One user commented:

"Not. A. Model. Can anyone just buy their way onto a runway now!? Sheesh."

More shared a mixed reaction on X. Some called it "disrespectful" and a "joke."

Meanwhile, several users praised the appearance.

Kylie Jenner and the return of the Fantasy Bra

Victoria's Secret chief creative officer Adam Selman addressed the selection in a Vogue interview. He described the show concept as "fandomonium." The Fantasy Bra had been one of the most requested elements from the prior year.

"Kylie really extends beyond fashion, beyond culture, beyond TV, beyond one singular thing. That’s the exact same thing that we do. Like, the show is so big, it's true entertainment, and I think that she is a great catalyst for that. She's really created her own culture, which—how many people can say that?"

In the interview, Adam Selman described pairing the bra with Jenner as a way to give fans the piece they requested, along with an unexpected figure with broad cultural reach. Jacob Arabo of Jacob & Co. designed the bra. As he told Vogue, the main challenge was fitting a piece made only of gold and diamonds.

"Remember, this bra is made entirely of gold and diamonds—there is no fabric. So getting the right fit and making sure it could move naturally with the body was not easy. Every curve, every diamond, and every piece of gold had to be carefully placed so the bra would be both beautiful and comfortable."

According to Vogue, the team took Kylie Jenner's exact measurements and made adjustments during construction so the piece would fit and move with her body. Jacob Arabo told Vogue that the goal was to create the most expensive Fantasy Bra to date while ensuring it could still function as wearable jewelry. As Page Six reported, the show also included returning models such as Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio.
