“People are struggling to buy gas”: Heidi Klum slammed online over surprising son with Ferrari F430 for his 21st birthday in viral video

The supermodel, fifty-three years old, surprised the birthday boy with a red Ferrari F430 on Saturday, Sept. 12, a vehicle that retails for well over six figures. Klum shared a video of the moment on Instagram, capturing Henry walking outside alongside his stepfather, Tom Kaulitz, completely unaware of what was waiting for him.

Klum can be heard in the clip saying that

"I can't believe it is that time. You've been waiting for so many years,"

with Henry responding,

"Oh my God! Jesus Christ. I don't even know what to say."

Not everyone shared in the excitement, though. Over on Threads, users were quick to call the post tone deaf, with many pointing to the financial difficulties ordinary people are currently facing. One user put it bluntly, commenting that

"It's happening on Christmas, and if I lose Mario Kart, then I can't play video games for three months, and I have to do a painting of me driving. But if I win, then Tom has to give me a Ferrari when I'm 21."

Kaulitz, who is thirty-seven years old, revealed in Klum's recent video that he had purchased the Ferrari at an auto show the previous year, hiding the vehicle in the garage the whole time.
