Music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is expected to be released from prison a month earlier after his release date was moved up again.The 56-year-old rapper has been serving a 50-month sentence after being convicted on prostitution-related charges last year. On July 29, citing Federal Bureau of Prisons records on its website, TMZ reported that the convicted rapper's latest release date is January 24, 2028. Earlier, he was scheduled to be released weeks later, on February 23.Diddy's prison release date has moved up several times in the past few months; the rapper was originally scheduled to be released in May 2028. The reason for the latest reported change in Combs' release date, however, remains unknown.The latest change in the release date comes days after Sean Combs was reportedly involved in a fight with prison inmates.Diddy was reportedly placed in solitary confinement following a recent scuffleDiddy, who is currently serving his sentence at Fort Dix in New Jersey, reportedly faced disciplinary action following a fight in prison. On July 24, TMZ and ABC News reported that Combs engaged in a violent fight in prison after a fellow inmate allegedly made some comments about the rapper. Following the reported fight, the rapper was moved to solitary confinement.However, the duration for which Diddy was separated from other prisoners was not known. When reached out for details about the incident by TMZ, the correctional facility's representative said:"We are not at liberty to disclose or provide internal information pertaining to any inmate in our custody. Such information would not be available for the public domain."Diddy's legal team also did not issue any comments on the alleged incident.While serving his sentence, the music mogul was hit with a new sexual assault lawsuit last month. According to CNN, a former child actor, under the pseudonym 'John YH Roe,' sued Combs, accusing the rapper of sexually assaulting him in 2007 during a party. The lawsuit alleged that Combs persuaded the former child actor to enter a backroom, where the alleged assault took place.Diddy's representative, however, denied the latest allegations. In a statement given to CNN, the rapper's spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, called the allegations "completely made up."“This is a lie and completely made up. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone. These allegations will be disproven like all of the rest.
