The political commentator criticized Macklemore’s tour announcement as it came shortly after he was removed from Ed Sheeran’s Loop Tour for chanting ‘Free Palestine’ on stage at his New Jersey shows. Thus, the rapper planned his own tour to support the Palestinian cause.In his latest X post, Piers Morgan called the rapper’s tour the ‘game-plan’. He also hinted at the possibility of Macklemore announcing his own ‘Free Palestine’ tour after he was removed from Sheeran’s remaining shows. Piers Morgan said:“More people are talking about him now than at any point in his life. Don’t be surprised if he heads off on his own Free Palestine tour and for that tour to then sell very well indeed. Ed Sheeran himself is now taking a lot of flak for denying all responsibility, and he probably deserves some of it. It wasn't a massive surprise when Macklemore made his speech.”The Can’t Hold Us rapper urged other artists to come forward and join his tour for Palestine.
