As per a recent article by The New York Post, Liza Minnelli speaks out after facing backlash from haters for using AI to make music.

After a long hiatus of 13 years released her new song and used artificial intelligence for arrangements. To this, the reaction by her fans was both good and bad.

The Broadway icon's latest song is an EDM-infused tune titled Kids Wait Till You Hear This, which is similar to her upcoming memoir.

"Hello Children, I'm so happy that I'm giggling uncontrollably and going crazy! The 79-year-old Minnelli started her Facebook post on Wednesday. "Everything is happening right now."
"Today, a six-billion-dollar techno giant does incredible things with my first EDM single since The Pet Shop Boys era, released on [ElevenLabs]," she went on.

Liza also explained that the voice used in her song is not AI-generated or utilized in any unlawful manner by the business, depriving her of her creative rights.

“Not AI vocals. A few trolls didn’t bother to read the truth, check with me or my partners. The shout outs are all mine!”

One of the first investors was Matthew McConaughey. intelligent.

"A few trolls didn't bother to read the truth, check with me or my partners," she said as she wrapped up her cheerful email. I get all the shout-outs! As we glide down the runway to launch my book into the world and your very own hot hands, go listen, enjoy, and shake your gorgeous buns to the music. And the picture? Not vintage. Au Courant.

The song and Minnelli's decision to employ AI elicited conflicting responses from fans.

Happy supporters wrote things like,

I can't believe all the negative comments here Liza. You do you and have fun with it. That's what its all about. If they don't like it, oh well.
Someone else remarked, Fantastic! I can’t wait to hear it! Love you Liza Minnelli!

However, many users found the Cabaret star's news depressing.

One person commented, "Love Liza. Hate this. We should not be celebrating AI taking the place of real human musicians. Liza’s actual voice? Probably. But the rest is drivel. Absolutely nothing like Pet Shop Boys."

Lisa Minnelli's involvement was revealed in a press statement on Wednesday by ElevenLabs, the top AI software company behind The Eleven Album.

The project, which is described as "a landmark musical release" and aims to "explore what's possible when artists and AI create together," also includes AI-generated musicians like Kai and King Willonius in addition to Art Garfunkel, lyricist Patrick Patrikios, and composer Demitri Leiros.

According to the release, the "New York, New York" star was "interested" in the new project since it gave her the chance to use her "voice and new tools in service of expression" as opposed to "instead of it."

"The artist's voice, choices, and ownership are respected in this project," she stated.
"I grew up witnessing my parents create beautiful dreams that belonged to other people. ElevenLabs enables anyone to be a creator and owner," she continued. That is important."
