On October 26, Trump announced a reward of $1 million for anyone reporting voter fraud in past elections or upcoming midterms. The reward money will be paid upon the arrest and conviction of the reported fraudster. In his new Truth Social post, POTUS wrote:

“Anybody reporting Voter Fraud in the past Elections, or the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election, will be paid $1,000,000 upon the arrest and conviction of those that created the Fraud! Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DONALD J. TRUMP”

While speaking to the reporters, Trump said:

“I'm also going to be issuing a million dollar bonus or reward or whatever you want to call it for anybody that reports voter fraud, leading to the arrest and conviction of somebody.”

The president came out with the reward days before midterm elections, which are slated to be held on November 3.

Trump recently launched a ‘fraud whistleblower incentive program’

The POTUS announced a new program in his Oval Office recently, named ‘fraud whistleblower incentive program,’ on October 20. As per the new scheme, all Americans can report cases of corruption and theft of taxpayer money in their communities.

While announcing the whistleblower program, the president said:

“All Americans will now be able to go to fraud.gov and report cases of corruption and theft of taxpayer dollars in their communities ... if you turn somebody in and you find $1 billion, we're giving a commission of 1%. That's a lot of money”

Fraud cases can be reported on fraud.gov, where individuals can receive an incentive of up to $30,000 for providing fraud tips. Additionally, they will earn a 1% commission on the recovered funds.

Trump faced criticism for his whistleblower program. US Senator Bernie Sanders took aim at the president, expressing his intention to report a theft committed by the president. In his X post, Sanders wrote:

“That’s great, Mr. Trump. I’d like to report a theft. A man inside our government illegally spent nearly $22 million in taxpayer dollars on bogus campaign ads praising himself. He now resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Taxpayers want to know when they’ll get their money back”

Throughout his campaign, the president has consistently asserted different types of election fraud. Despite the lack of evidence for widespread voter fraud in US elections at this time, the POTUS has maintained for years that such fraud occurred and was responsible for his loss in the 2020 election.
