The Hurricane Heist actress Maggie Grace has lately been all over the internet after news got out that she split from her husband, Brent Bushnell. According to E! News, Grace, 42, who kept her marriage to Bushnell away from media and public attention, filed for divorce in May 2025 in Washington State. While Maggie and Brent tied the knot in California's La Jolla on May 28, 2017, they were together for seven long years.
As cited by E! News, according to court filings reviewed by People, the Blackwater Lake actress, Maggie Grace, stated October 1, 2024, as their separation date and also mentioned that following that, they have been living apart.
According to court documents reviewed by TMZ, Brent Bushnell and Grace are on the same page regarding their separation agreement and have also mutually decided on a property settlement. Not to mention, Brent accepted the divorce petition without hesitation, as he agreed to legally end their marriage by signing the divorce papers.
Maggie Grace, who first came across Brent Bushnell in 2016 through common friends, shares two children, a son and a daughter, with him. Bushnell, who, according to IMDb, has starred in the TV series The Next Unicorn, has been interested in engineering, science, and technology while growing up.
As per his LinkedIn profile, Brent Bushnell, 48, is currently the Chief Business Officer at DreamPark Immersive. The son of the founder of Chuck E. Cheese, Nolan Bushnell, Brent has also been the co-founder and chief executive officer of Two Bit Circus for more than fourteen years.
Previously, Brent worked as an advisor at the trading card company Oh Yaas and has also been an advisory board member at the National Academy of Sciences. While he has also been an entrepreneur, Brent Bushnell has worked in advisory positions at several other companies and organizations.

Grace, who is widely known for her role as Kim Mills in the Oscar-nominated actor Liam Neeson's Taken film franchise, was granted main custody of her son and daughter following their divorce, which was finalized on August 13, 2025.
As mentioned in the court filings, Grace and Bushnell have worked out a plan that would allow him custody of their son on weekends. A similar plan will follow for their daughter as well.
