View this post on Instagram Instagram PostInfluencer Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, has been arrested for battery in Florida. His arrest came in Fort Lauderdale, and the currently expected release date is listed as April 10 with a $1,000 bail.According to a source close to the controversial creator, his bail has been paid. He explained that the arrest was due to a month-old incident in which he wasn't even directly involved. The incident, which was captured on video, was between "Clav's" girlfriend, Violet, and another influencer, Jenny Popach, who was accused of having an affair with Peters. However, the arrest came after he caused an uproar on social media by posting a video of himself shooting an alligator. In the video, you can see the 20-year-old on a boat with three other men in the Everglades. The boat came across a dead alligator lying upside down, to which Braden stated,“Can we dump a round into it? Let’s test really how dead it is.”This was followed by one of the men and Clavicular firing multiple rounds into the alligator. After that, he said, “Yeah, I think it’s dead," while tucking his gun back into his waistband. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) posted on X, that they were looking into the matter."The FWC is aware of a video depicting individuals in the Everglades on an airboat who appear to be discharging firearms at an alligator. FWC officers are looking into the incident and will provide additional information when available."This is not, however, Braden's first brush with the law, as earlier this year, he was arrested in Scottsdale, Arizona, for multiple charges, such as two felonies, possession/use of a dangerous drug and possession of a forged instrument.Mitchell Jackson, Clavicular's publicist, had told the New York Times at the time,"I want this to be an iconic mug shot that can be sold on T-shirts in malls."Referring to his now viral mugshot.
