Detective Sergeant Joseph Feld of the Chesterfield Township Police Department verified to TMZ that Scott was detained back in May for allegedly striking a parked automobile in the 21 Mile Zone near Detroit at approximately 9:20 p.m.

Additionally, officials confirmed with Page Six that she had an active arrest warrant last month in June after she failed to appear in court for a suspected DUI.

Authorities verified to the publication that Scott failed to show up for his scheduled appearance before Judge William H. Hackel III on Wednesday in Macomb County District Court in Michigan.
