Taylor Swift released a 13-second clip of her upcoming music video, Patient Zero, on Thursday, September 24. The song features the singer alongside Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell.

CBS Mornings shared the 13-second clip of the song on Thursday. It shows glimpses of Taylor Swift, Dakota Johnson, and Colin Farrell in different settings, including underwater shots, a graveyard, blackened roses, and more. Oscar-winning cinematographer Emmanuel Lubezki has shot the video.

The full video will be released on September 27 at the MTV Video Music Awards. The lyrics of Patient Zero are as follows:

Taylor Swift announces The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore, featuring four new tracks

The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter has been dropping hints of new releases on social media in recent weeks. On Tuesday, September 22, she announced an expanded version of her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl.

The standard edition of the album has 12 tracks, but the new version, titled The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore, will have four additional songs. Along with the aforementioned Patient Zero, it will feature Pink Clouding, Babylon, and Cleveland.

Taylor Swift wrote in an Instagram post about the album:

"About a year ago, you guys did a truly unfathomable thing. Something that completely blew my mind… You gave The Life of a Showgirl the biggest first week for an album in history."

She revealed that she went to Sweden to celebrate with her collaborators, Max Martin and Shellback (Karl Johan Schuster). However, Swift said that they ended up writing and creating more songs. All four new songs have been released.
