Social media content creator Nicholas Attalla, also known as Niky Sal, was taken into custody on September 4, 2026, in connection with a physical altercation that took place in December 2025 between him and two other men, who were alleged to be child predators, at a Tim Hortons restaurant in New York's Jamestown.

As cited by People, according to WGRZ, while Nicholas Attalla confronted and ended up in a brawl with the two men, Eric Spencer and James Morris, who were alleged to be child predators at Tim Hortons, he was stabbed and injured his arm. Following the incident, Spencer and Morris were arrested as well.

According to People, Nicholas Attalla managed to get Morris and Spencer to the Jamestown Tim Hortons by pretending to be a minor on the internet, wanting to get hold of them as they showed up to the restaurant.

Attalla has grown a follower base on social media by sharing videos of him hunting and catching child predators as he pretends to be a minor on the internet, and that is exactly what he did with Morris and Spencer, getting them to come down to Tim Hortons in Jamestown. However, initially Nicholas was communicating with an unknown person who claimed to be a 16-year-old boy. It was after both of them showed up to the restaurant that Attalla confronted them.

Following Nicholas Attalla's brawl with the alleged child predators Spencer and Morris, during which a family and their one-year-old child fell in between their scuffle, Attalla was charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. While Nicholas pleaded not guilty, he was also charged with criminal nuisance.

A GoFundMe was launched for Nicholas Attalla after he was stabbed

According to People, after being stabbed during the scuffle with James Morris and Eric Spencer at the Jamestown restaurant in New York in December 2025, Nicholas Attalla had to be admitted to a hospital, following which a GoFundMe was launched for him in order to raise money and cover his medical expenses. The goal of the GoFundMe was to raise $20k. The description of the GoFundMe read:

"While on a catch today, Niky was stabbed. He currently has no feeling in his arm and is going to need medical intervention. Anything to help him while he is recovering will go towards his medical care and keeping him on his feet while he recovers."
